If you’re going on holiday, it’s important to use this feature so that your regular report schedule can be suspended. After all, you don’t want un-submitted reports piling up while you’re trying to relax. To access this feature, click the blue gear button at the top right of your dashboard, and then click the second option, ‘Vacation.’
You’ll be taken to a page with ‘From’ and ‘To’ boxes where you can enter the start and end dates for your vacation. When you click one of these boxes, a small dropdown calendar will appear. You can choose to type the date directly into the text box, or click the day you want on the calendar itself. Once you have chosen your vacation days, click the blue ‘Add’ button to the right. The information you have entered will be placed into the field below.
