What are OKRs?
Objectives and Key Results (OKR) are an alternative strategy for goal setting within organisations. The purpose of OKRs are to connect the organisation, team, and personal goals to measurable results while having all team members and leaders work together in one, unified direction.
Unlike SMART goals, OKRs are transparent and do not cascade. This means that personal OKRs will not automatically update overall OKRs. Instead they create transparent alignment and engagement.
How do I set a personal OKR?
Click on the OKR tab at the top
Ensure the scope is set to personal
Click add OKR
If you want to you can align the OKR to a parent OKR by selecting it from the available options
Type the description of your chosen objective
Select a start and end date
Click to add key results and input a description. You can add as many as you want but usually we say its good to keep it between 2-5.
From the main dashboard you will now see an overview of all OKRs and can choose to view the progress of these by clicking on the three dots on the right hand side.
