As a manager you are able to create team level questions and set specific individuals within your team questions which they will receive in addition to the set organisation level check-in questions.
You can do this from the 'My Team' > 'Questions' tabs and it will open up a My Team's Goals & Questions screen.
You can add a question by selecting the type of question from the options provided. Then input within the required box, your chosen question details and click to create.
