To add email, Teams or Slack notifications for a template:
- Go to the template.
- Click on the Edit option which appears under the custom workflow title.
- Above and below each of your custom workflow stages you will see an envelope icon. Click on this.
This will open up an email configuration screen. Next:
- Give your email a title.
- Select whether you would like the notification to go out either at the start or end of the stage.
- Input your chosen Teams/Slack notification text (please note a link will be included in the message, so there is no need to include one here)
- Select the recipients of your notification.
- Input your chosen email text.
- There are personalisation tokens such as employee name, stage deadline and link to the review available, by selecting the options at the top.
- Click Save.
