It’s important for managers to review and feedback on their team’s Weekly10 check-ins. It promotes trust, encourages meaningful conversations and helps the team feel valued.
As an administrator, you can check which managers are regularly reviewing their team’s Weekly10 check-ins and intervene where necessary.
To view how often your managers are giving feedback
- Go to the Organisation tab and select Manage
- Click through the hierarchy to view individual manager details.
If any Managers have an overdue Weekly10 check-in or employee Weekly10 check-in to review, you will see them marked as Overdue under the column.
To send a reminder to individual managers to review their team's Weekly10 check-ins
- Hover your cursor over the Overdue flag
- Click the Remind button
This will send a notification to the Manager to alert them to the overdue status.
