Note: Only available if Vacation Approval is enabled for your account
If your account includes the ability to approve vacation you will have access to a manager approval screen. If you wish to enable this for your organisation then please contact your Customer Success Partner to discuss.
- The employee requests leave (see here)
- An email notification will be sent to the assigned manager for the employee
- The manager can access the request from the email or from the vacation screen under 'My Updates > Vacation'
- As a manager you have the ability to approve or reject the request - the employee will be sent an email to confirm your decision.
You can export all leave requests and statuses by selecting the export icon at the the top right of the vacation overview table. This allows you to export to Excel or .csv file.
