It's good practice for admin users (and in some circumstances managers) to review the response history of a question.
Perform & Engage 365 is at its most effective when HR and leadership use the feedback shared by employees to create positive change in the culture, processes and actions of the organisation. To do this, routine reviews of question feedback should be undertaken to truly understand the thoughts, opinions and experiences of employees.
If employees see and feel that their feedback is not only being listened to, but helping to improve the organisation., they become more motivated to continue sharing.
It's also useful to review feedback to ensure the question is providing valuable insights and doesn't require an edit, or archiving.
How to review question response history in Perform & Engage 365
As an admin user log into the web version of Perform & Engage 365.
Go to the 'Organisation' tab and click on the 'Questions' subtab.
Find the question you wish to review the response history of, click the three-dot menu at the end of the question's row, and select 'Data analysis'.
Here you will see a chart plotting the data for this question over the default period (this can be changed just above the chart to the right). This chart shows the number of responses generated by the question.
Scroll below the chart, to the table view. By default, the summary tab is shown which can also be useful for getting a quick overview of how many responses the question is generating.
To see the detailed responses, select the 'All responses' tab at the top of the table.
You will now see all written (or numerical if a rating-style question) responses by all employees across the chosen time period. Each response will be time-stamped, show the employee's name and their manager and the full response.
You can also download this data as a CSV file for further analysis if needed.
If you need any help with viewing and reacting to the responses of questions, create a support ticket.
