In Summer 2023 our new Microsoft Teams beta launched. Your new-look Microsoft Teams app creates a more seamless experience melding the power of Weekly10 with the look, feel and security of Microsoft Teams.
If you are a Microsoft Teams user, we'd highly recommend you use the Weekly10 app for Teams. The 2023 beta is an updated version of our existing app.

Why have you updated the look of the Weekly10 for the Microsoft Teams app?
We love our Microsoft Teams app, and it's certainly popular with a lot of our users. But it was overdue a makeover, first launching in late 2019. We decided that we wanted to work closer with Microsoft and build an app that felt more aligned to the Teams experience.
Working with Microsoft's in-house teams we set out to build a new look app that gave our users more: more flexibility, more insights and more impact.
What's new?
The largest change you will notice when using the new look app is the move to a cards-based system. You're now able to build a more, visual, impactful set of dashboards that show you what matters to you. Users can customise what cards are displayed, what they show and where they appear with a simple drag-and-drop function.
We've also moved your main navigational tools from the top of the app to the left-hand side. This allows for a more granular breakdown of areas for you to navigate to faster than before.
There will be a number of additional changes coming over the coming months so keep your eyes peeled both for the app itself and for our customer newsletters.
How to navigate around the app
The new app has two key tabs currently; the 'me' tab for individual employees and the 'My Team' tab for managers. Each tab allows you to explore the key areas of the Weely10 platform.

Getting access to the new-look Teams app
The beta is currently open for all users. It's super simple to get involved.
If you already have the current Weekly10 app:
- Open up Teams and load the Weekly10 app
- At the bottom of the screen, you should see a toggle button with the option to 'Try out the new Weekly10'.
- Switch over using this toggle button. You can switch back at any time - though please note the current app will be going end-of-life in the future.
