Whether you're using Perform & Engage 365 on Microsoft Teams or web, the experience is almost identical.
The platform is spilt across three tabs that you may, or may not, have access to depending on your access rights. These three tabs are:
- The 'Me' tab (for everyone)
- The 'My team' tab (for managers)
- The 'Organisation' tab (for admins and HR)
What is the 'Me' tab
The 'Me' tab is the central hub for all users of Perform & Engage 365. It is your dedicated home page, no matter what other access rights you have.
The 'Me' tab shows you everything relevant to you and your activity within Perform & Engage 365. It is the default tab that loads when users launch the Perform & Engage 365 app or log in to Perform & Engage 365.
Within the 'Me' tab you can:
- Launch your next Perform & Engage 365 check-in (or complete an ad-hoc check-in)
- Review your check-in history
- Track and view your mentions or pass-ups
- View, edit and update any set goals or OKRs
- View past and current performance conversations (such as reviews, 1:1s and reflections)
- Request or send ad-hoc feedback to your peers
- View any files added to your Perform & Engage 365 profile
- View and complete any active training set by your HR team
- See who your manager on Perform & Engage 365 is and when your check-in frequency and due date is
