Whether you're using Perform & Engage 365 on Microsoft Teams or web, the experience is almost identical.
The platform is spilt across a number of tabs that you may, or may not, have access to depending on your access rights. These tabs are:
- The 'Me' tab (for everyone)
- The 'My team' tab (for managers)
- The 'Organisation' tab (for admins and HR)
What is the 'My Team' tab?
The 'My Team' tab is the place for all managers to view and manage their direct report's activity Perform & Engage 365 activity.
It allows managers to not only see how employees are participating with Perform & Engage 365, but share vital feedback on check-ins and goal progress.
The 'My Team' tab is extremely important to the success of your team improving their engagement and performance as it provides you, their manager, all the tools and insights you need to be at your best.
The 'My Team' tab allows managers to:
- View all the current members of their team
- Review check-ins (arguably your most important task in all of Perform & Engage 365)
- See participation rates, mentions, and pass-up counts for your team members
- Send out in-platform and email reminders for missed check-ins and conversations
- View and edit goals/OKRs and your employee's progress toward them
- Set team and individual check-in questions
- Set team and individual goals or OKRs
