Core analytics in Perform & Engage 365 help monitor user behaviour, measure adoption success and generally help give admins a ‘feel’ for how the platform is being used across their organisation.
The key core analytics that you’ll want to focus on
Check-in participation rate
Under the ‘Organisation’ tab admins can view the check-in completion rate across their company.
This data can be viewed at an organisation-wide level, or filtered down to team, department, location (if applicable) or individual level.
Managers can view the participation rates of any team member by selecting that employee from the ‘My Team’ tab.
We suggest a minimum target of 70% to aim for with employee check-in rate. There will be some weeks where employees don’t check-in for legitimate reasons so if you’re not seeing 100% participation week in week out, this is normal.
Manager review rate
Using the same chart as above, admins can flick from employee review rate to manager review rate with a single click.
High manager review rates are vitally important for driving high rates of continual employee participation. We suggest managers should be reviewing check-ins at a rate of 90% or higher.
Mentions & Pass-up count
Under the ‘My Team’ tab, managers and admins can see the number of times an employee has been tagged by another user for a piece of recognition within the Perform & Engage 365 check-ins.
Next to this is the count for how many times that employee’s manager has ‘passed-up’ a piece of feedback to their own manager – an effective tool for increasing employee visibility and making people feel heard.
Selecting either of these numbers will load up all examples either recognition of pass-ups or mentions for that individual.
Review completion and status analytics
For our Momentum users, performance conversation features are unlocked.
As part of this feature set, there are a number of core analytics such as completion rate, status and key statistics.
To access these analytics, head to the ‘Organisation’ tab, select ‘Conversations’ and choosing from the list of available reviews, select ‘Dashboard’.
