Go to the Conversation Template Configuration dashboard.
- From the cog Click 'Conversations'
- Click on the ‘Plans’ tab
- Click either the 'Data' or 'Dashboard' options
The 'Dashboard' screen is where you are able to track how many users have been assigned the template and at what stage they are at.
If you click 'view details' you will be able to export the data to csv.
The 'Data' screen is where you are able to view data for each question/element of the template. You can click to view each element and also filter by dept and groups.
You can also export the data to csv where you can run your own reports using the data.
