If you want to create personal goals or OKRs in Weekly10:
Go to my updates tab
Click the Goals/OKR tab
Ensure the scope is set to personal
Click to add Goal/OKR
Add your new Goal/OKR description
Select the required unit for your progress measurement and then add your baseline and target value.
Select the date range for your new Goal/OKR
To add a sub-goal, click the blue add sub-goal option and input the required details.
Click save.
You will now see your newly created Goal in your personal Goals/OKR screen but it will also now appear within your next Weekly10 check-in.
During your Weekly10 check-in you will be able to update your progress towards that Goal/OKR.
