- Perform & Engage 365 allows for more timely and efficient feedback, replacing the antiquated annual performance review. This means you’re more likely to get helpful suggestions at a point where they matter.
- Perform & Engage 365 allows everyone’s voices to be heard. The mentions feature allows you to highlight anyone else’s performance, notifying them immediately. This is great for a sense of community in the workplace, and means that praise isn’t all top-down.
Two-way feedback:
Perform & Engage 365 doesn’t just allow you to get timely feedback from your boss, but also lets you provide them with feedback of your own. This helps employees to address issues and optimise their work life by giving them a way to discuss things with their manager without having to set up 1-1 appointments.
Certain questions in the check-in will allow you to post written responses that will be reviewed by your manager. Others allow you to tag specific individuals (your boss or anyone else in your organisation) to highlight positive performance. Your comments can even be forwarded higher up using our "pass-ups" feature.
