All OKRs have their progress and edit history recorded for you to view as needed. This can be an excellent tool for reflecting on performance, spotting potential blockers and ensuring OKRs are relevant and fair as they change.
Viewing OKR progress on web
Viewing OKR progress on Microsoft Teams
On web:
You can view the historical progress of an OKR from the OKR screen under the ‘Me’ or ‘My Team’ tab.
- Find the OKR to view, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ at the end of the row and click View Progress.
- A chart will be displayed showing the progress between the baseline and target value of the OKR. Beneath the chart you will see a breakdown of each response provided against the OKR. you will also be able to see the edit history of the OKR (if applicable).
Note: The % progress of an OKR is calculated using the average progress of the underlying Key Results.
On Microsoft Teams:
