A template is brought to life by a plan, so if you no longer wish users to access and use the template, you simply need to adjust the plan.
- Click on the 'Conversations' tab or go to the cog icon on the top right of your Perform & Engage 365 screen. Then choose the conversations option.
- Go to 'Plans'
- Hover your cursor over your template plan and click to switch it to draft status
- This will switch off the template from being used but allow you to still access the data collected by clicking on the data or dashboard options.
- To permanently delete the plan and all the data collected for that template you can click the bin icon
