To adjust your department’s Perform & Engage 365 check-in frequency:
- Go to the Organisation tab.
- Click Questions
- This will open the Organisation questions dashboard.
- Click the relevant Department tab.
- The current set frequency details for all employees in your team will be stated.
- Click the Edit icon to the right of the statement.
From here you can choose the cadence of your department’s Perform & Engage 365 check-in and the specific day. You can also choose the starting date for the frequency and the time zone for the due notifications to be sent.
You will also find an option to apply these changes across the entire team. Select the checkbox for this option.
Changing the frequency for your department will override the organisation level cadence set up by your administrators. To undo this, contact your admin user.
