As part of your Perform & Engage 365 check-in, you will be asked to update any assigned or personal goals that are currently open. We strongly recommend using this process to regularly update progress against goals.
However, if you wish to update goals on an ad-hoc basis or in between Perform & Engage 365 check-ins you can do this from the Goals screen.
Ad-hoc goal update in Perform & Engage 365 for web
Ad-hoc goal update in Perform & Engage 365 for Microsoft Teams
On web:
- Click the Goals tab from within either the Me or My Team tabs.
- Find the goal to update, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click Update
- Add your update and comment (if needed)
- Click save. Your goal is now updated.
On Microsoft Teams:
- Click the Goals tab from within either the Me or My Team tabs.
- Find the goal to update, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click Update
- Add your update and comment (if needed)
- Click save. Your goal is now updated.
