Once an employee has submitted their Weekly10 check-in you will receive a notification. You are not required to review the update straight away.
The Weekly10 check-in will appear in your 'To do' list available from your My Team tab.
Simply click the review option to open the Weekly10 check-in.
Review the employee responses provided and then provide feedback where you feel necessary.
You can give a simple thumbs up acknowledgement to specific responses by clicking on the thumb icon.
You can choose to share a response using pass-up or pass-across. Simply choose the share icon.
For Pass-ups - the response you have selected to pass-up will then appear at the bottom of your own Weekly10 check-in which is viewable by your senior manager.
For Pass-across - you can choose to share the response with other people in the organisation by typing their names in the modal when selecting the 'Pass-across' option.
For both pass-up and pass-across the employee will also be notified.
You can also choose to provide a feedback comment by selecting the comment icon to the right of the employee response. This will open up a textbox for you to input your feedback.
Once you have reviewed all question responses you will also find any Goal or OKR updates.
You can provide feedback to the Goal/OKR updates using the same option icons mentioned above. As a manager, you can also choose to complete and archive a goal. By doing this it will remove that goal from the employee’s next Weekly10 check-in.
