Once an OKR is created, it is possible to edit it whenever required. There are restrictions on who can edit an OKR:
- Organisation OKRs can be edited by an admin user
- Department OKRs can be edited by an admin or department admin
- Team OKRs can be edited by a Manager
- Personal OKRs can be edited by the owner.
Note: any edits made are recorded for the purposes of an audit trail.
Editing OKRs in Perform & Engage 365 for Web
Editing OKRs in Perform & Engage 365 for Microsoft Teams
On web:
- Click the 'OKRs' tab from within either the 'Me', 'My Team' or 'Organisation' tabs.
- Find the OKR to edit, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click 'Edit'
- Edit the OKR as required.
- Click save. Your OKR is now edited.
On Microsoft Teams:
- Click the 'OKRs' tab from within either the 'Me', 'My Team' or 'Organisation' tabs.
- Find the OKR to edit, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click 'Edit'
- Edit the OKR as required.
- Click save. Your OKR is now edited.
