As part of your Perform & Engage 365 check-in, you will be asked to update any assigned or personal OKRs that are currently open. We strongly recommend using this process to regularly update progress against OKRs.
However, if you wish to update OKRs on an ad-hoc basis or in between Perform & Engage 365 check-ins you can do this from the OKR overview screen.
Ad-hoc OKR update in Perform & Engage 365 for web
Ad-hoc OKR update in Perform & Engage 365 for Microsoft Teams
On web:
- Click the OKRs tab from within the 'Me' tab.
- Find the OKR to update, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click 'Update progress'
- Add your update and comment (if needed)
- Click save. Your OKR is now updated.
On Microsoft Teams:
- Click the OKRs tab from within the 'Me' tab.
- Find the OKR to update, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click 'Update progress'
- Add your update and comment (if needed)
- Click 'Save'. Your OKR is now updated.
