The launch of the conversation template will depend on the plan which has been created.
- If a specified date or recurring pattern has been selected in the review plan, then the template will auto generate on the 'generation date'.
- If the template is on an ad hoc plan, you can manually select the template to use it as and when you require (available to managers and admins)
To generate a conversation template for an individual, simply go to the search bar on the top right and input the employee name or go to the My Team tab on your dashboard.
- Click to view the employee’s profile by clicking on them from the displayed team overview.
- Click on their Reviews tab.
- Click Create New Review.
All available ad hoc review templates will be displayed.
Select the one you wish to use and click Create New Review.
If the review template has been created using a custom workflow, any set notifications will also launch and the review will proceed as per the custom setup.
Subsequent to this the review will then launch and be accessible from the employee reviews tab.
