Many business leaders and C-level staff want to partake in the Perform & Engage 365 process but don't have a manager to report to. For these situations, we have self-check-ins.
To create a self-check-in:
- Go to the cog icon at the top right of your dashboard.
- Click user settings
- Click my updates
- You can choose to provide regular updates online with your default organisation level Perform & Engage 365 check-in frequency or you can choose to provide ad hoc updates only.
- Select the relevant setting and select update.
- You will notice that you now see the ‘my updates’ tab available at the top of your dashboard.
From here you will now be able to complete your Perform & Engage 365 self-check-ins
