When a member of your team has completed a Perform & Engage 365 check-in, you'll get a notification. Depending on your settings, this could be via:
- Microsoft Teams
- Perform & Engage 365 platform via the ‘To Do’ segment of your manager dashboard under the ‘My Team’ tab.
How to review your direct report's Perform & Engage 365 check-in
Once you are in your employee's check-in, you can provide feedback to their check-in answers in several ways. You can:
- Like
- Comment
- Pass-up
- Pass Across
- View answer history
- Edit goals
- Complete or archive goals
Like
A simple thumbs-up to show that an employee comment has been acknowledged. Perfect for when no additional feedback is required.
Comment
The best way to show that you're listening to your people. It's a great way to coach your employee or ask questions to discover more. When you leave a comment your team member will be notified and have the option to comment back.
Pass-up
Use a Pass-up to share parts of your employee's check-in with your line manager. This could be to highlight a great piece of work, share an idea and give credit to your direct report, or raise a concern.
Pass-ups are an excellent way to share successes or key challenges across your organisation and help improve talent visibility.
Click the Pass-up button (curved arrow) on any single piece of feedback to add this to the bottom section of your own next check-in. You'll be able to review or remove the Pass-up before you submit your next check-in.
Pass Across
Use a Pass Across to share parts of your employee's check-in with other managers. This could be to highlight team work, share an idea, or raise a concern with a head of department.
Click the Pass Across button (curved arrow) on any single piece of feedback to add this to the bottom section of your own next check-in. You'll be able to review or remove the Pass Across before you submit your next check-in.
View answer history
View how your team has previously answered numerical questions. See if they've changed over time.
