Once a goal is created, it is possible to edit it whenever required. There are restrictions on who can edit a goal:
- Organisation goals can be edited by an admin user
- Department goals can be edited by an admin or department admin
- Team goals can be edited by a Manager
- Personal goals can be edited by the owner.
Note: any edits made are recorded for the purposes of an audit trail.
Editing goals in Perform & Engage 365 for Web
Editing goals in Perform & Engage 365 for Microsoft Teams
On web:
- Click the Goals tab from within either the 'Me' or 'My Team' tabs.
- Find the goal to edit, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click 'Edit'
- Edit the goal as required. You are able to edit any element of the goal.
- Click save. Your goal is now edited.
On Microsoft Teams:
- Click the Goals tab from within either the 'Me' or 'My Team' tabs.
- Find the goal to edit, either by searching or filtering by scope and date.
- Select the ‘…’ and click 'Edit'
- Edit the goal as required. You are able to edit any element of the goal.
- Click save. Your goal is now edited.
