Perform & Engage 365 supports a number of admin roles to support specific activities within the platform. Anyone without these permissions will have only manager (if they have direct reports) or employee capabilities. These are detailed below:
- Super Administrator
- This is the super admin within the system and has read access to all data as well as write access to a more limited set of functions which includes user management. You may set one or more administrator users in the system and we recommend this is provided to a senior HR or management role only.
- Ideal for: Human Resources
- IT Administrator
- This role is able to configure integrations within Perform & Engage 365 to external systems. They can both create and update these settings and will have access to high level user data (name, email address, employee properties) but no further access read/write within the system.
- Ideal for: IT Teams
- Department Administrator
- Provides department level read capabilities across all data (employee data, analytics) and write capabilities for goals/OKRs at department level.
- Ideal for: Head of Department
- HR BP
- Where members of the HR team do not align to Administrator or Department Administrator roles it is possible to set a user up as a HR BP (HR Business Partner). Specific employees within the system can be allocated to a HR BP and for this specific users they gain access rights similar to those of a full Administrator.
- Ideal for: HR Business Partner roles
