When an OKR target has been met, or if a OKR is no longer relevant, you'll want to complete it or archive it.
Completing and archiving OKRs helps to keep things organised and manageable.
There are restrictions on who can complete or archive a OKR:
- Organisation OKRs can be completed or archived by an admin user
- Department OKRs can be completed or archived by an admin or department admin
- Team OKRs can be completed or archived by a Manager
- Personal OKRs can be completed or archived by the owner.
Note: any completion or archived activity is recorded for the purposes of an audit trail.
