When a goal target has been met, or if a goal is no longer relevant, you'll want to complete it or archive it.
Completing and archiving goals helps to keep things organised and manageable.
There are restrictions on who can complete or archive a goal:
- Organisation goals can be completed or archived by an admin user
- Department goals can be completed or archived by an admin or department admin
- Team goals can be completed or archived by a Manager
- Personal goals can be completed or archived by the owner.
Note: any completion or archived activity is recorded for the purposes of an audit trail.
