Custom stages allow you to build a flexible workflow within your conversation templates which limit stage access to specific people in the workflow.
To add custom stages within a template, go to the template you wish to amend then:
- Select the 'Edit' option which appears under the custom workflow title.
- Select 'add new stage'. This will open up a stage creation screen.
- Give your stage a name and description.
- Select who you wish to have access to the stage
- Select save.
Once created click on the arrows to the right-hand side to move the stages around.
