If you want to send or request feedback outside of your regular check-in to any user within your organisation there is now a brand new feature available. If the function is switched on for your organisation you will see a new feedback tab appear in both the web and Teams version of your account
To send or request feedback from another user simply click either 'Request Feedback' or the 'Send Feedback' options.
Start to type the name of the user you wish to send to or request your feedback from and select them as they appear. Next, select whether you want your manager to be included in the request by ticking the available check box. Finally input your feedback or request and click 'send'. The request will then show as pending until the user responds.
The user you have sent to will then receive a notification and can click to respond directly to you.
Once returned you can access the feedback by clicking 'view'.
