Note: This is a license-restricted feature. Goals and OKRs are only available to Momentum license users.
Whether you are using Goals or Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) tracking performance is a key element of our Momentum package for Perform & Engage 365.
Note, only one performance framework can be used at a time. To change your framework, speak to your Customer Success Partner at Perform & Engage 365.
To track performance, you need set Goals or OKRs. Any set goals or OKRs are automatically added to the check-in for all relevant employees.
To set Goals or OKRs at an organisation or department level:
- Head to the ‘Organisation’ tab on the main Perform & Engage 365 menu bar.
- From here, select the ‘Goals’ or ‘OKRs’ tab on the secondary menu.
By default, all Goals or OKRs set at an organisational level are visible here. However, you can change this view using the ‘Scope’ option in the top right to cycle through views for the organisation, departments, teams, your own team and personal goals.
To create a new goal:
- Select the ‘+ Add Goal’ button to launch the goal creation window.
- Here you can add all the required detail for your SMART Goal or OKR.
Once a goal has been created, it will be added to the check-ins of all employees assigned to the goal.
