AI-driven assistance is available to managers and admins in Engage365.
In this article, we'll provide you with an overview of how AI-powered features can help managers and admins efficiently and effectively review their employees' check-ins and provide actionable feedback in Engage365.

NOTE
- The AI service has internal restrictions that prevent the generation of harmful, offensive, or potentially dangerous content. If such content is detected, the service will refuse to generate it. The administrator will be notified in such instances.
- Due to the nature of the technology involved, AI-generated content may be incorrect. We are continually developing AI-related features to enhance the quality of generated content.

AI-assisted overview of trends across check-ins
Required Role: Manager.
To help managers identify trends and challenges early, an AI-powered widget and a dashboard provides managers with an at-a-glance view of common topics across their team members’ check-ins.
The widget shows a summary of common topics across check-ins, new topics that have arisen, and how often each topic was mentioned in a check-in in the last 10 weeks.
The dashboard displays a pie chart that shows how often common topics are mentioned in relation to each other. Managers can filter by date to get an overview across a date range.
This feature enables managers to:
- Provide timely, personalized feedback to each team member.
- Identify and address recurring challenges more efficiently.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Empower their team to achieve their goals and perform at their best.
AI-assisted manager coaching
Required Role: Manager.
Our AI-powered coach helps managers to understand employees' successes and challenges, and respond constructively to raised questions and concerns around blockers.
With check-In coaching, managers are given instant recommendations from the AI assistant. Key points on how to respond are provided in a pop-up window.
Rewrite with AI
Required Role: Manager.
Managers can use the Rewrite with AI to fine-tune their response, while maintaining the human element. This feature checks for any grammatical errors and refines the text to make it as clear as possible.
NOTE
The Rewrite with AI feature will fine tune your comment after you've entered a minimum of 15 words. As you enter comments, the word counter will update.
Report issues with AI-generated content
Required Role: Manager or Super Admin.
With an increasing number of features in the Human Success Platform supported by AI, we've introduced a feature whereby customers can report where AI-generated content is incorrect. This will enable Zensai Product Support to address these issues.
This feature will look slightly different across our products. However, all AI features will guide you through to where you can raise a support ticket.
Languages supported by AI
The AI-powered assistant understands languages that are supported by Microsoft. Generated content can be in the same language as the content you provided or a different one.
AI might generate content in an unexpected language if you provided content in several languages or if you provided insufficient content.
