Add check-in information to a performance review with AI
AI can help users streamline the process of adding responses from their weekly check-ins to their performance reviews in Perform365.
When an employee is completing their annual performance review and encounter a question linked to their weekly check-ins, such as "What have you achieved this week?", they can select which responses to include and summarize using AI.
By selecting information from all check-ins throughout the year, employees can be assured that all their accomplishments are included. Employees can then use AI to prepare an overview of all their achievements, enabling them to provide meaningful and evidence-based responses.
Create goals with AI
When a user is adding goals as part of their annual performance review, they can add an overall goal then use AI to generate sub-goals that may help them achieve it.
The generated sub-goals are given a default title, start and end dates, and so on. All of the generated content can be edited or deleted, before saving the overall goal.
Languages supported by AI
The AI-powered assistant understands languages that are supported by Microsoft. Generated content can be in the same language as the content you provided or a different one.
AI might generate content in an unexpected language if you provided content in several languages or if you provided insufficient content.
